Office Chair Race Controller is a browser-based race management system designed for office chair races, novelty races, workplace competitions, fundraising events, fairs, festivals, and community events.
I know what you're thinking! Why would you even build this? I'll tell you. Because there are those in our office that like to cheat!
Instead of relying on one person to manually track every racer, the system lets multiple staff members work together from their own phones, tablets, or computers.
The Race Admin controls the event, individual Lap Counters track assigned racers, the Announcer gets a live race view, and spectators can follow a public leaderboard in real time.
The system is designed to be simple enough for a fun event while still providing organized race control and accurate results.
