ABOUT NORTHPOINT WEB
Northpoint Web grew from decades of building businesses, managing customer projects, working in construction, and using websites and technology to solve real business problems.
We believe a business website should do more than look professional. It should help customers understand what you do, make your business easier to find, collect better leads, and continue improving as your company grows.
That's why our approach goes beyond traditional web design. We combine website management, proactive SEO, managed content, lead systems, automation, and practical AI tools to help manage the online side of your business.
We begin by learning how your business works, what services matter most, where your customers come from, and what opportunities may be getting missed.
Most website projects have a finish line. The site launches, the invoice is paid, and the website slowly becomes outdated.
Northpoint takes a different approach. We help businesses continue managing and improving their online presence after launch.
I didn't begin my career in web design or at a marketing agency.
I've spent more than 30 years building and running businesses, working in construction, managing customer projects, estimating work, solving operational problems, and trying to find better ways to reach customers.
Websites became part of that process because my own businesses needed them.
Over time, I learned that building the website was often the easy part. The real challenge was figuring out what customers were searching for, creating the right pages, improving lead collection, keeping information current, and finding practical ways to use technology to make the business operate better.
Northpoint Web grew from that experience.
Today, I use the same business-first approach to help contractors, small businesses, municipalities, and organizations build and manage a stronger online presence.
I don't approach your website as a designer trying to learn your business. I approach it as a business owner trying to understand how your website can help.
